For those interested …Who am I?

As you know my name is Pat, the age doesn’t matter, only to say, I’m young at heart, with a very good nature and a willingness to help others. I passionately love a great sense of humour and simply enjoy laughing, but still manage to possess an excellent listening ear.

I grew up in a small village near Bridlington on the East Coast of Yorkshire where my parents owned a public house for more than 25 years and also took in guests. I spent my former years helping out in the business and later qualified as a hair stylist, before marrying and moving over to Huddersfield in 1988.

It was not long before I hosted my very first foreign student, Mark, from Singapore, giving me a taste for this special kind of work. Then, after 26 years of hosting all ages and cultures, I’ve looked forward to changing direction and now provide the same excellent services to professional people, contract workers & families requiring Bed, Breakfast and the option of a home cooked evening meal.
