Dear all,

My name is Pat and I provide food and accommodation for students studying in Huddersfield. My spacious Victorian house is located in the town of Huddersfield which is between the cities of Manchester to the West, Leeds to the North and Sheffield to the South.

In the past, and for 15yrs, I welcomed foreign students from all over the world, making my house a very cosmopolitan and an extremely enriching cultural experience for anyone to live in.

I’m proud of the relaxing home from home environment I provide, as after a long hard day in the work place, I believe it’s very important to be able to return home to a warm and comfortable house where one can shower, change and look forward to coming downstairs to eat a beautifully prepared meal, perhaps sit by an open fire and completely relax with a drink of your choice, watch a movie OR simply retire to your room and catch up with urgent paperwork that unfortunately has to be completed by the following day!

My house has 5 pleasant letting rooms, all furnished for your ultimate comfort. The bedrooms are very spacious including a TV and internet access. For your leisure time there is also a Games Room. Take a look…
